RULES & REQUIREMENTS for the Albion Harvest Fest
This is the 18th Harvest Fest that the Albion Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring.
Hours will be Saturday, September 17th 9:30am to 5pm, Sunday, September 18th 10am to 4pm
Each crafter and/or merchant will have 12x12 individual tents. Tent rental will cost $25.00 for crafters, and $50.00 for non-member merchants. If you choose to bring your own tent the fee will be $20.00. the charge for electricity hook up will be $5.00.

--Prominent placement in AHF Brochure--Business name announced through out festival
--You can place a maximum 4’ x 12’ banner on the fence at the Saddle Club Grounds.
_________SILVER: $150.00 At this level, your business will receive:
--Ad Placement in AHF Brochure
--Business name announced though out festival.
-You can place a maximum 4’ x 6’ banner on the fence at the Saddle Club Grounds.
_________BRONZE: $75.00 At this level, your business will receive:
--Business name Placement in AHF Brochure
--Business name announced through out festival.
A committee member will follow up with you by June 24th. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We would like to wrap up the advertising materials earlier this year – so that you – the sponsors get more advertising for your money.
